I Had Every Excuse To Fail, But I Chose None Reviewer "Effie Cossey"
Hey SKY i read the book. It’s an awesome book. I could relate to the book as a person, parent and Christian. The book caught my attention in many areas as a person. As a person it took me back to reflect on how things were when I was a child. It reminded me of the value, structure and discipline our parents/ guardians gave us. It took me to a place of peace although I didn’t have much growing up. But I had Jesus and during that time in life I felt like that wasn’t enough (smile). It helped me to understand my short coming when it comes to relationship. I understand that I am a traditional woman with a slight contemporary twist and have been deal with men that was totally contemporary or totally traditional. And that is where my downfall was. Whether the relationship is has romance involved or not your book blessed me to really slow down and observe and evaluate me.As a parent the reason I picked this book because I wanted my oldest son to read it as a possible encouragement to stay on the right track by an African American Male author. But it turns out the book BLESSED me to have a better understanding of what me youngest son was feeling and going through. Thank you so much for opening up your life story to help me better assists my future kings. Don’t get it twisted. I understand it takes a king to mold a prince into good king material. The other parent point I was missing was I was rushing the discipline process. I was combining steps. As a Christian the book helped with learning to forgive and overcome. I could go on but people might not want to by the book. My son has not started reading the book yet. Once my mother finishes reading the book I will have her to give you her feedback. To all of SKY FB FAM AND FRIENDS buy the book…………

I Had Every Excuse To Fail, But I Chose None
I now call those circumstances, shaken situations. As women grow up, they experience all types of people, places, and conditions. These variables make up their outlook on life. Often a man or male figure in a woman’s life will steer the direction and reaction that women take. A woman’s reaction is directly attributed to a man’s actions.

I was taught to believe in myself, my grandparents were the foundation of my "Never" giving up, and "Never" giving in. Let me encourage you to Love your children enough to deposit into them that GOD is Greater than Mom and Dad and anything else that comes. I count this as one of the greatest gifts to me because so much of life focuses on the power of belief. #ButGod...Be mindful of how you interact with others...Everyones challenges are different your paths may have crossed to be a "Witness" of the goodness that God has in-store for us!! Don't miss your opportunity. Its all about Kingdom Building!!Before the throne of the Almighty, man will be judged not by his acts but by his intentions. For God alone reads our hearts!!! Speak Life!! SKY!!!

"Salt comes from the north, gold from the south, but the word of God and the treasures of wisdom are only to be found in Timbuktu." – 15th-century Malian proverb
TO: Sebastian K. Young
FROM: Dr. Candace Lewis-Shashikarshe
Book Revue: I Had Every Excuse To Fail, But I Chose None
The book is a delight for youth that are facing crisis in their lives from early childhood trauma, abuse, neglect; and adults’ negative programming. It is also a book for adults that are plagued with issues from their childhood that are circumventing them from living a wholesome and fulfilling life.
Both child and adult will become better vehicles to dissimulate information on how to break the cycles of abuse; since “Hurt people, hurt people” as the author so nicely worded it through the eyes of his grandfather.
“I Had Every Excuse To Fail, But I Chose None” is a must for all since many people do not understand why and how they have become the victim or the pouncing ball for someone else’s abusive behaviors.
In reading “I Had Every Excuse To Fail, But I Chose None,” one has to remain open-minded and see beyond their own thoughts and feelings of gender as we know of it in today’s society. From remaining open-minded, one will be able to appreciate what is missing within the lives of many of our lost male genders. Through unconditional love, one will understand why some any of our male-factors have lost their way and some still are losing their way in society.
In, “I Had Every Excuse To Fail, But I Chose None” the author found a need to embrace the inevitable loses in his live with challenging changes and channeling new choices; even by gracing the world with this book that is full of social changes, psychological pains, emotional devastations, and mental distresses.
“I Had Every Excuse To Fail, But I Chose None” is a book that is full of moments of laugher, cries, joyfulness, screams, shouts, agreements, disagreements, and unbelievables. It will also make the reader put the book down temporarily in order to readjust the mind’s eye, only to pick it up again to continue the journey with the author.
“I Had Every Excuse To Fail, But I Chose None” is a believe it or not idea book that one and many should read, in order to spread the word that yes, there are excuses to fail, but you, the individual have choices to make decisions to chose none.
Sending love, light, and blessing with an abundance of prosperity from this day forward with
